I can come directly to your organisation to deliver bespoke BSL workshops. Each session is shaped around the services you provide, ensuring your team learns relevant signs and communication strategies that enhance accessibility, inclusion, and customer experience.

Levels

I offer up to Introduction, Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 BSL as I continue my professional development I will update and offer more levels as I complete my qualifications and further enhance the knowledge I have built from being Deaf since I was 3 and attended Hamilton School for the Deaf and later onto Calderside Academy with a Deaf base.

About Cameron Walker, Founder

Cameron Walker grew up in a world that often felt split in two. On one side was the fast-moving, noisy hearing world—full of conversations that blurred together and moments that passed too quickly to catch. On the other was the deaf world—rich in expression, visual language, and connection, but too often misunderstood or overlooked by others. Cameron stood in between, navigating both, but never fully handed a map for either.

Instead of shrinking back, Cameron learned to adapt. Lip reading, body language, written communication—every tool became part of a growing skillset. More importantly, Cameron developed the confidence to advocate for understanding, not just for himself, but for others facing the same divide.

That determination carried into the workplace. Starting at McDonald’s, Cameron didn’t just aim to get by—he aimed to lead. Through consistency, hard work, and the ability to connect with both colleagues and customers in unique ways, he rose to become a manager. It wasn’t just about running shifts; it was about proving that communication differences don’t limit leadership.

Working behind a bar added another layer—fast-paced, social, unpredictable. Yet again, Cameron adapted, showing that confidence and presence can speak just as loudly as words.

Now, Cameron is working toward a teaching degree, driven by a clear purpose: to create environments where no one feels left out because of how they communicate. His journey isn’t just about overcoming barriers—it’s about breaking them down for others.

Cameron Walker’s story is one of persistence, growth, and quiet strength. He didn’t just learn to move between two worlds—he’s building bridges between them.
